The IDMRTD Series coal material drying improvement system is a new set of equipment developed by our company especially for handling coal material based on many years of application experience. It is mainly used for upgrading coal materials with moisture content of 15% to 50%, such as lignite, coal slurry, Mongolian coal, Indonesian coal, flotation fine coal, blended coal, screened tail coal, medium and semi-coking coal. It has high drying strength and thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%.

We fully consider the nature of the material to be dried when designing the IDMRTD system. Aiming at the feature of high moisture content, we carried out a special design for the internal structure which increases the thermal efficiency and avoids the phenomenon of over-drying. The IDMRTD drying system works under hypoxic conditions. The IDMRTD system is designed with explosion-proof modularity, which ensures safe and reliable performance. In order to meet the demands of different customers, different markets, different environments, different material properties and different environmental protection standards, we carried out the most optimal configuration for the IDMRTD system. At present, the coal drying improvement system has been developed up to the sixth generation. Zhengzhou Taida holds more than 20 patents now. The diameter of the dryer ranges from 1 m to 4.2 m and the length ranges from 15 m to 38 m. The daily input capacity of Taida dryer can reach 100 to 3000 tons. The final moisture after drying can be reduced to about 10%, or even lower. For raw materials with high humidity, the IDMRTD system can avoid the problems faced by traditional drying systems, such as sticking and wall blocking. The IDMRTD system is characterized by smooth operation, reliable operation, good product quality and strong evaporation capacity, which completely solves a series of technical difficulties during the material drying process.
